I use Northwest Chimney for my home. It was $126-$180 last winter depending on how complicated things are (they've swept and inspected some chimneys with multiple chutes hence the higher price). Yours sounds fairly simple. But that's the range I've seen from them. I refer them to clients, that's why I've seen the price range.
