Bruce Pineo helped us totally renovate our condo on Lebo. He's a local guy and has a good crew. He did some unique things in the condo and we were very satisfied with his work.

Brian Sorensen 360-731-1963. Brian is an experienced contractor. $40/hr. He does charge a $150 fee for a bid. He's reliable - works fast and is organized. Brian is the contractor specialist for REAPS (Real Estate Association for Puget Sound). Done plenty of siding and other. Complete house rehabs are his specialty. I have more names for smaller work if you want them (I have a contractor list I keep).
