I've just researched almost all of the land surveyors in Kitsap County. Most are in the $2500 range for an acre. Except Kegel, which wanted $4500. I went with N. L. Olson in Port Orchard who explained everything to me, and told me how my property would be marked. They do everything, including the legal work by filing at the County.
