Fleet Feet in Brentwood can recommend a good podiatrist and uses Results Therapy. Results Therapy has many locations. I've had to deal with shin splints. Lots of muscle strengthening exercises and lots of ice. Biofreeze or muscle ointment also helps. Advil, Motrin too. Good luck.
