Take Aleve. Dr Gold prescribed 500 mg Naproxen. That would be 2 Aleve. You can have 4 a day then. KT tape works good. Compression socks can help.

I have plantar fasciitis too!!! I go to Dr. Gold in Brighton. He have me a pair of orthotics that have helped me a lot. A foot massage roller helps relieve some of the pain. You can also freeze a water bottle and roll your foot on that.

If you are following up on suspected thyroid issues, look up a website called Stop The Thyroid Madness. The vast majority of doctors and endos don't know how to properly test or treat for it despite what they will tell you and it can cause of slew of symptoms. I had an enlarged thyroid with nodules that's reduced significantly on bio-identical T3/T4 replacement, iodine, etc. There is a lot to learn. It can be difficult to deal with because it usually involves adrenals and things like mineral deficiencies, diet can strongly affect it as well. I've still got some lingering hypo issues, but much improved.

I also went to Dr. Gold (the one on Old US 23 - there are 2 in Brighton). After a handful of injections my plantar fasciitis was healed - has been gone for almost two years now.

Both Dr. Jerry and Leah Gold in Brighton are both great podiatrists. I feel your pain with the hoarseness. I've had hoarseness for over a year and was referred to an ENT today since I now have laryngitis. Hang tough dear.
