I'm very satisified with the team here www.doktorbrno.cz. Not only good doctors, but also an online appointment system. I see they don't have their website in an English version, but the team is young (well, at least compared to other Czech doctors I've seen in my life :)) so I'm sure they can communicate in English.

Jana Z. replied:
http://www.ockovanibrno.cz/ - the English version does not seem to be working, but this place is exactly what you need. The doctors are very knowledgeable about diseases around the world and will instruct you what you need for each region and about the best timing. As far as I know, this is not covered by the health insurance. I am not sure which vaccinations your GP can administer, but you can ask. http://www.ockovanibrno.cz/Ockovani - the booking system is a bit quirky. I hope a Czech speaker can help you. I think you can also get an appointment by phone.

Ihad Dutch health insurance but I had to pay every time i visited Czech doctor. If I understood correctly, your EU health insurance card (EHIC) is covering you only in case of emergency or in the case of treating your disease depending on your length of stay in the country where you want to be treated. https://www.vzp.cz/pojistenci/cestovani-a-pobyt-v-zahranici/pobyt-v-zahranici/evropsky-prukaz-zdravotniho-pojisteni
