Irina, I had the same problem with both of my sons many years ago. Our paediatrician, MUDr. Vlckova (Bystrc, Lyskova, 776 414 051) helped us a lot. She is very kind and I can recommend her, but unfortunately I do not know whether she speaks English. But in case of urgency I can try to help you (PM me).
