Make sure you're ok with the price beforehand - taxis in Prg are celebrated the world over for their wonderful ability to charge foreigners the 'English tax'... Another option: you can catch the Airport Express bus every half hour into the city centre for roughly 50KC, and then take the new RailJet train from the main station to Brno:) The RailJet service has Business Class which you can book in advance...

I use ordinary City Taxi or Taxi Impuls - no problems, but you have to warn them, that you're travelling with a dog and they ask you about the size of a dog. Mine is small (6 kg), they don't even ask for a container or a muzzle.
