My girlfriend can do it for you.
Reasons:
* I will PM you her blog where she details many of her baking endeavors.
* I love Doctor Who and have made her watch it. A lot.
* Her white cake is easily the greatest cake I have ever eaten.
* Even her fondant tastes delicious
* She would have to make a test cake to get it just right, and then I get to eat that. Think about me, here.
I say that with the disclaimer that she often sells baked goods, but she is in no way a professional baker. She makes it out of our oven at home, not at a commercial kitchen. If that's what you want, send me a note, and I'll be happy to get her on the job. If you want a professional cake shop, I don't know any because she always makes my cakes for me and I have no need for a cake shop.

You may have better luck asking her directly on Twitter or on her Patreon Q&A streams. Better to hear it directly from her.

The two big names (in the US) in online trans communities are [Spiegel](https://www.drspiegel.com) in Boston, and [DesChamps Braly](https://deschamps-braly.com) in San Francisco. There are a number of other established & competent surgeons but those tend to be the two who trans women with lots of money go to. I went with Braly, and while my face wasn't salvageable from the start, my results were about as good as I could have hoped for. If you do plan to get FFS, a pro tip: **take lots of probiotics during early recovery**. I had "digestive issues" nonstop for days and had no idea it was preventable. Also living off of protein shakes for weeks sucks but it's survivable.
