As others say if you haven't signed an etat de lieu they can't claim anything not even the doors scratches. If you would like to receive a legal opinion and quote some of the laws that protect you just go to see them ( http://www.atelierdroitssociaux.be/rubrique-principale/le-droit-du-bail) I'm no 100% sure they speak English but it's worth trying.
