Global Home Energy is amazing. Extremely good service and they didn't rush. Took their time and explained things to us. Price was good - especially for all the time they took. We've had them repeatedly over the years. Just the owner and his assistant - a woman who is just at knowledgeable as he is. I really liked the way he would teach her things. Just chiming in to tell you to AVOID Crystal Air Furnace. They like to cancel with no notice (phone call, email), and force rescheduling fees (50$). They even forced us to reschedule AFTER the Groupon expiry date, then rudely told us to take it up with Groupon.

Hijack. If you don't have pets, how often do you really need ducts cleaned? I had mine done last fall and fell like I can skip this year. OP, I went with Advanpro and they did a good job I guess. They were professional, but I really have no idea how dirty they were in the first place.
