Rick Strand. I read the reviews and they all seemed great, so I had him inspect our condo. The guy went above and beyond, explained a lot of things to me. He gave a very detailed report with pictures, and inspected things outside of his "scope" (without putting it into the report). Super friendly, professional, detail oriented. http://www.strandhi.com

Do NOT use Pillar to Post Home Inspection. My brother used them for his house and they missed so many things. They were far more concerned with placing their business cards all over the house. Things they missed: * mold in the basement (multiple places, had to gut the whole thing) * shingles needed to be replaced (it was winter and they were snow covered so we didn't see from the ground) * two of the floor joists were cut in half * water damage in kitchen area The list goes on and on. Avoid these guys at all costs.
