Park Avenue Properties is absolutely horrible! They will take applications from 50 people just to keep charging $75. You never can get an appointment to view a home. My parents have 780 credit scores and got denied so brother In-law said he would put it in his name, 6 figures, 25 years, Director at Met Life and he got denied. Please! They just want to keep collecting application fee's.That goodness though we ended up finding an awesome house with a private landlord.
