Why no chiropractor? For my sciatica, I see Dr Lynes at Lynes Chiropractic and he's very gentle and uses the activator. A huge difference after just one visit. But if you're not willing to try, you could see if Bonnie Cooke and Cooke and company massage can do something! She does light and deep tissue.
