Finally! After dealing with some really crappy garage door companies, I finally found a good one with good pricing! Rickenbacher Door Company was able to determine the problem, get warranty fulfilled for parts, and get our garage doors working again with openers! Thank heaven for this great company! Dynamic Point 330-412-7787. When posting on items like this, suggest one briefly describe the problem. i.e. "sparks" intermittently shooting from an outlet. We amatures would recommend finding the correct circuit breaker and turning it off. This is like household "first aid" waiting for the EMS to arrive. Just 2 cents worth.
