Before they moved to Canal Fulton, I dealt with the guys who are now B & L Brake on Locust St. At that time they pressure tested the AC and added some refrigerant which did the job. Lucky maybe but I did not get over-charged. Some shops look at AC work as a license to steal. Good Luck
