Waterfall Grille will be expanding their menu and can do an entire gluten free breakfast buffet. Just wanted to pass that along

My mother and my sister have it, and my daughter was confirmed with biopsy when she was 8. I don't have it but must carry the gene. It's a difficult disease with so many cross contamination and human error issues at restaurants - and all that clouded by people who choose to go gluten free so people don't take it as serious sometimes. We usually love British Beer Company but she got violently ill after eating there the other day - someone in the kitchen must have made a mistake. We keep crossing restaurants off the list due to this happening. It's hard for a kid to deal with when she can't go certain places with friends and then sometimes trusts a restaurant only to wake up screaming in pain and vomiting all night. We are so lucky though that Canton schools have a gluten free lunch menu!!
