Definitely Caroline Rodenbach! I would never have coped without her help - she focuses on treating the root problem and not just treating the symptoms like general practitioners do. By the way, one can be anaesthetised with acupuncture. Powerful stuff!

There are a lot of sceptics about this.....I was one until I saw what it did for my horse who I had struggled to cure with a knee problem and within hours he was so much better and no drugs just three visits of the needles and problem solved. Dr Sarah Peters who also studied overseas not only helped my horse but also helped a horse at the Cart Horse Rescue with a similar problem. Totally agree Walter Cloete. Dr Ruther is a qualified GP (from germany) as well as qualified chinese medicine practioner. He never just treats symptoms, and your first session normally consists of trying to get to the underlying issue. He has a wonderful ability of really getting to the root cause. Everyone i have ever referred has never looked back!

Lady in Pinelands just can't think of her name google acupuncture and Pinelands, if it is too far they will recommend somebody in your area. Surname Hinmarch or Hindmarch. Her husband does animal acupuncture at Kenilworth Animal Hospital so if all else fails phone them for her no.

Mervyn Cole im Def not discrediting it at all. It's solved a number of issues/problems in my life. I think my point is that you need to see someone who understands the practice in total and is then able to treat you accordingly. There are loads of practioners out there who in essence just treat without understanding

Has he tried The Headache Clinic? They have consistent excellent results. The main clinic is in Jbg, but I believe they have a Cape Town branch also. About six years ago, after a life time of migraines (from around age 6 and becoming worse after age 50) - I went to the clinic in Jbg. I have not had another migraine.
