082 649 8011 Freda Camphor cell nr. Please note that any process of dismissal must be in line with the Basic conditions of employment act. You can google the procedures but basically it starts with a verbal warning then a written warning then a final written warning and then dismissal. The employer needs to show some evidence of having intervened to correct the behaviour of the employee eg providing extra training or other resources.

Jason Whyte at Cheadle, Thompson and Haysom, excellent firm, experts in employment law, many of the current employment laws were written by the firms directors. Plus their rates are very reasonable, in relation to the rest of the firms.
