We used easyanc.co.za and they were amazing. Was R1200 for papers to be drawn up as per our specifications, registering at the deeds office and notary. They were in constant communication and our forms were posted on time. Really brilliant service (and in west CT) They also do notary services for other papers so depending what you are needing the notary for - if its R1200 for the whole deal im pretty sure a signature will be way less.
