google Independents, a guy called Neil is the man that a few friends use. OR Financial Fitness Ltd. Cover everything - gym, employees and PTs inside and outside the gym. Speak to Anne Collins (anne@financialfitnessltd.com)
Tom H. replied:
Contact Gary Carmoody at LFC Insurance: gary.carmoody@lfcinsurance.co.uk we pay about £850/Year at our facility is 6300 sqft. Make sure you have good shutters and locks as it makes it so much cheaper. Also mention you work from Laptops instead of PCs, again makes it cheaper
Gym Recommendations? Can anyone recommend a good weight lifting gym in Cardiff?
I'm moving over next month and so far Ufit seems like it might be the best option.
GoooodEnough replied:
Pro Fitness Cardiff is the one I'd chose for weight lifting. Come take a look and try a workout session! https://en-gb.facebook.com/ProFitnessCardiff/ https://twitter.com/profitness_ltd?lang=en Unfortunately, their website seems to be down at the moment.

If you want something a little different than a normal gym, try The Studio. I started in January and have signed up at least a dozen friends, and we all love it there: http://www.thestudiomethod.co.uk

I use Synergi Weightlifting Club, just off Colchester Avenue. A lot of professional weightlifters train there, Commonwealth athletes etc.

I'm a regular at uFit, it's a great place with really great staff. I don't do much weightlifting myself but i know enough to know it's probably the best place in cardiff.
