have you thought about renting an apartment in Cardiff Bay, you can walk into town then or taxi for £5. Tiger Tiger for lucky voice Karaoke, pettigrew tea rooms is great for afternoon tea. Bit further out is New House Hotel but afternoon tea is lovely there. Other cheap hotel is future inn in Cardiff Bay as they do quad rooms! Have a fab hen! xx
