I went to [Christiane’s Bridal](https://christianebridal.com) in Orleans. I bought my dress for next to nothing at David’s Bridal but read a bunch of horror stories online about them gouging on alterations. The owner does sell a small selection of wedding dresses that are not much to look at, but she does awesome work, is super chilled out and the price was very reasonable. I’ve gone back to her since then to alter other clothes since I’m a short girl who loves maxi dresses!
