I've been selling real estate for 21 years. I've seen men rose and fall. One of the best and most honest is Herb Weaver (Ridgeview Homes). Don't look for the cheapest. You'll get what you pay for. I had a client who chose a cheaper builder over Herb and their house didn't get finished AND they lost $10K. That builder went broke. They couldn't even sue him...........
