Yeah Katy Brailsford I'd file a report with Child Services ASAP! Especially knowing your child isn't the only one! Child abuse and neglect is a huge NO NO! Never be afraid to stand up for what is right even if that means you are standing alone. I'm having to do something very similar but about a patient not receiving adequate care somewhere local. It is a very sad day that we live in.
