Arianna Lange - how funny!! I love this house, and yes - Sascha is still the owner. Bobbie Blakely - are we talking about taking the turmeric internally, or in a poultice? Last night I did do a very hot epsom salt bath that helped some... but back on uneven ground today at Pacifica.... had another great chair massage by Johnny Fish (student) who rocks at Myofascial Release Therapy... but Crystal Reed I think I would like for you to hook me up with Dr Winningham if you can on Monday.

I was just about to recommend Dr Winningham if Dr Jim doesn't trade you. Winningham is a hoot, but his adjustments are solid!

Rachel Goodman Massage Therapist in town may be open to bartering. She does excellent deep tissue work etc. She also would know of a chiropractor here that would be open to bartering I am sure. She has been here for over 20 years.

Dr. Thorsen is excellent and was here for several years before opening a practice in GP. He's been our Chiropractor since he started here. He recently told me that Dr. Baker gave him the best adjustment he has had. Now, that's a reference from a professional.

Debbie Purse I think that was Dr. Jim the previous owner...I have had REALLY great experiences with the new Dr. Baker. He is VERY well educated and willing to share his knowledge with you. He works with your body and gives you tips and exercises that will help you to strengthen and stretch so that you don't have to come back as often. He does both adjustments and muscle manipulations. Breathe through it!!!

Quite possibly the best massage therapist is Jackie Farless in Selma. I go to a chiropractor In Medfor, not sure you want to go that far. Jeff Taylor, Rogue Valley Chiropractic. The absolute best that I have been to in 45 years. He is an Atlas Orthogonist. Very special type!
