I'm about to read this one, Carry Me Home. I got the recommendation from Malcolm Gladwell (well, vicariously). http://www.amazon.com/.../dp/1476709513/ref=sr_1_2...

Erin Smith. I read it about 10 years ago. Very thought provoking. I can no longer read anything about nazis. Read to much on the subject in the past and it just sickens me.

The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton...my personal favorite

I recently read The Shoemaker's Wife and really loved it.

I just finished 11/22/63 by Steven King and I couldn't put it down. It isn't scary, it is about time travel. It is great. Your friend Becky is also right, The Forgotten Garden is fabulous!!

Bruce Nielson killer angels is one of my all time favorite books. I might just have to reread it!
Check out some of Jamie Eason's stuff on bodybuilding.com. Increase your fiber intake to feel fuller longer, I add benefiber to all my protein drinks, you can even add it to your cooking. Are you eating smaller meals more often?

Sandi - check with my friend Nikki Anderson Butler she's going to be doing some training over the next few weeks and needs some dedicated ppl to work with. Kinda like guinea pigs. We're doing insanity together right now.
As a lot of you know I am mainly doing business coaching and consulting these days. I've had several people ask me if I still offer any personal training or health...
