Miranda Lyle and Jillian Vogtli are anazing but if you prefer a male Trent Hickman is awesome! He helped me lose baby weight plus 10-15 extra and kept it off for over a year now! plus trent makes the workout fun and mostly easy but the results for me were fast amd kept me coming back.
