The Scratching Post in Centerville. It's a cat-only practice and is beyond excellent.

I go to Northgate Animal Hospital in Huber. I've known Dr Gibson for a long time and have nothing but good experiences with his company.

Banfield at PetSmart. If you go to their website you can get a free well visit. I recently had a very sick kitty and it was $40 for the visit. They did recommend $700+ in tests, but they didn't pressure me and understood that I don't have a lot of money. Said formerly sick kitty is happy, and healthy and headbutting my hand as I try to type. They were able to get me in the same day I called.

If you work full time, Miami Valley Animal Hospital has great hours as well as a fantastic staff and (I think) reasonable prices. I took four cats in for their annual wellness visits and all vaccines and it was about $300 total. (I'd have to check the receipt but I think a wellness visit is about $40-$50.) They have walk-in hours from 9-12 am Monday thru Saturday - it's priceless to me to not have to take off work or have to rush to get there before 6 pm after a work day. All of the vets I've seen there have been super - the one we saw last weekend talked to my cats the whole time and even helped one of them up onto the counter so he could get into more stuff lol.

We take our monsters to All Pets Animal Hospital in Oakwood (2567 Far Hills Ave Dayton, OH 45419, (937) 298-7387). The doctor is very nice, polite and conscious of your finances.

Airway Animal Clinic does walk ins - you might have to sit for an hour but you don't need an appointment.
South Dayton Vet Recommendation Long story short, my dog is majorly suffering from allergies and my current vet seems to have skipped our appointment today. Does anyone...

My mom has used Twin Maples for years. Never had any problems.

I used to take my dog to airway animal clinic in beavercreek, but it became to far of a drive. We have been happy with Evergreen veterinarians. They are off of clyo.

I use the vet at [Paws Inn](http://www.pawsinnah.com/) ... just at/below the Dayton Mall. The dog likes to stay with them, when we have to leave her to travel to Boston, also. So, they have my vote.

I worked at a Banfield for ages and Ill usually recommend them, but as far as allergies go you can do a few things to help if you havent already. Switch to higher quality foods without dye or filler. We usually recommended Nutro or Hills or Iams. Lamb and Rice usually does the trick if it is a food allergy. They also make hypoallergenic foods, but youll pay even more for that. ALso no table scraps or non approved treats. Try to limit sterroids as they are damaging for the liver, but the stress from allergies is arguably worse.

For those a little futher north, I still go to West Milton Vet Clinic (a LONG drive) because I like the vet so much (Paige Theuring). All the staff are great there and my dog actually enjoys going to the vet! As soon as we get out of the car and she realizes where she is, her tail doesn't stop wagging until we leave. This is probably because they give her peanut butter while doing the checkup or shots.:) However, I would love a good Vet down near Centerville/Beavercreek as well.

I used the Oakwood Veterinary Clinic, at the corner of Patterson and Shroyer, for my boxer puppy and my doberman puppy. They were very flexible during the ear cropping phase.

Covenant Animal Clinic. They are in downtown Bellbrook.

It's not exactly south, but Northgate Animal Hospital in Huber Heights is great.
