All About pets on tytus is where I take my pets. I got a voucher from them to have my make neutered.. 35 bucks I think it was. It's extra for laser, extra pain meds, etc.. They have a website.

The only place i have found unless you have credit is pets in need its in Cincinnati you have to go apply first without pet then once approved its only 10.00 and they give you dog or cat food the number is 513-761-7387 trust me ive tried everything else there is nothing else out there
