Can anyone recommend a preschool in the champlin/brooklyn park/maple grove area?

Step by Step Montessori. I was a teacher there and although we made $8-11 an hour for what I get paid $30- $50 now the school was awesome. I learned so much teaching there. We loved our students very much and they grew and flourished a lot. I 100 percent recommend it. Places I do not recommend are Tender Time and Kinder Care. They are storage of children. It was really depressing to work there. They are the nursing homes of children. They are watched but not loved and nurtured just because of the model not because the people who choose to work there are not good teachers. Yes, I also recommend ECFE Amie, although I have not worked there some of my current clients children go there and they seem to really enjoy it and learn a lot.

The preschool at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Anoka was an incredible experience for my son. I am a member of Servant of Christ as well and have heard good things about the PS there, but wanted a larger and more established facility. Mount Olive has been around for 45 years.

We did a lot of the ECFE classes in Champlin and they were awesome, so I'm sure their pre-school is great too. Servant of Christ Lutheran Church on Hayden Lake & West River Road has a pre-school (my daughter was just confirmed there, and they are very nice!) My kids went to Zion Pre-school in Anoka- another excellent program!

Athlos Charter school in Brooklyn Park, it's free and they bus your kids. My daughters boys go there. They only take so many kids. If you're interested you may want to check out the website to get your forms in for next year.

https://www.facebook.com/214511091981709Primrose School of Champlin Park has an awesome preschool program. Circle time which covers pledge, weather reporting, calendar, Spanish, life skills, etc. Reading / writing and art program follows. Snack / outside time. Math / science program and then lunch. Rest time follows with snack and outside time. *It is VERY important to find a preschool that teaches, but also allows the children to explore on their own. Be sure to sign up or call for a tour to see the teachers interact with the students.

With three preschool kids, they might want to consider an au pair. If they want more info I can help them or my website is www.tkapaun.aupairnews.com The au pair can take them to a pre-school program a few days a week, but they get to be at home otherwise, and might be less expensive!
Anyone familiar with a Spanish immersion preschool in the area besides Jardin Magico?
