I highly recommend Chris O'Connor of In Good Hands Dog Walking. http://www.ingoodhandsdogwalking.com/ She was instrumental in helping us with our puppy that absolutely refused to go on walks. He loved his yard, but would turn into a stubborn mule if you tried to take him on a walk. He's almost 3 now and loves going on walks.
