There's a coupon in Mint Magazine for $99 cleaning/inspection with TN Chimney. I used them in 2014 and was satisfied. They're coming on Wednesday for another cleaning.

Sorry to not have positive recommendation, but we would SKIP using A-1: we got a groupon for them and needed two chimneys cleaned when we purchased a new home in WKnox. Everything seemingly went fine until a week later when we excitedly went to light our gas fireplace for the first time and found two very old dead birds under the fake logs. Obviously not cleaned very well. 2 nd chimney was fine, but....
