Dan Parker at Raymond James. They have no "Raymond James" products to push and Dan is a level headed very experienced advisor who hs been in this business for a while. He's my friend and I trust his integrity and ability to understand my goals and risk aversion. At your age "risk aversion" may not be as big a factor but he'll understand and advise on tht as well

Contact the SBA. They were amazingly great. Seriously. You can set up a meeting with someone (often a business attorney volunteering even) and they can walk you through all of the steps you need and whether they apply to your specific business model. W ith the exception of sales tax (if applicable) most of it can actually be set up online. I have used Webster Rogers for accounting/financial consultant for the last 3 years but I do NOT recommend them anymore since I began working directly with one of the partners.. hunting for a replacement currently...that's my recommendation on who NOT to use:) let me know if you find someone fabulous!
