Willie 227 7568. Really knows his stuff and looks for ways to reduce costs, tiling, painting, roofing, plumbing, downspouts, concrete work, worth a try. Pay in parts for longer than a week, get a firm estimate before you start a job at a time. Sweet guy.

#CHS, does anybody know of a structural engineer they can recommend? We need somebody to inspect a few cracks in our house before we sell.

Try Elkin Engineering & Diagnostics. Won’t be cheap, though.
