And I would also suggest signing up on theknot.com. you can put in your information and they give you a calendar of when you should have certain things done according to your wedding date and they also give you a budget calculator where you can put in your absolute highest dollar and they can tell you how to split it up on everything

They have bundles that include everything from evenlopes to reap cards(everything you can imagine in one) also they have blank Invites that you can print at home so you can have them say whatever you want. Good place for table Decorations and just table settings is oriental trading. All different colors and super cheap

Meticulous is very good, does plated and is reasonable. Joe Zando is superb but a bit higher. I think Kevin and Tonya Pauley cater.

We like Joe Z. He did Ben and Perri's rehearsal dinner, and we were very pleased. I hear Bridge Rd Bistro is good also.
