Moe's Soutwest Grill in Ashland caters. The Scioto Ribber in Portsmouth does too. I'm sure there are several others in Huntington, kind of depends on your menu. The Room with a View is fantastic, we had my dad's birthday party there, it was very nice, a bit small but nice. (prob seats about 40-45 comfortably, but I think it says 60??)
