You can do it online with Liberty Travel. They're a HUGE agency- NYC based - and very good. Worked for them for a year and I'm impressed by their practices. Not only do they do all the booking etc - but will keep track of all payments from all individuals so no one in your family has to be 'the bad guy'. And if you find something cheaper online -and it's 'apples to apples' they'll match the price;
