You may need to have tests for cross reactivity. I had mine done by Dr Tunis Hunt. The final key for me was removing dairy.

Dr Hunt has worked with me on reducing inflammation and recommended testing for adrenal function (yep...I've got adrenal fatigue as well)...He has explained much more about how my body has been impacted and the domino affect of an autoimmune disease than the GI doctor did.
