Be extremely cautious of doing this yourself. Garage door springs can kill you.

Lowe's and home depot stock them. Match the colors to get the right weight. Count the turns when you unwind it. Or I can do it for $100 + materials if you're not in boonies. Overhead door skinned my parents for $400 on the 1 st one!

Don't call Access. They fucked me over with the initial fix of this same problem and then fucked up the redo. I ended up fixing it myself by watching a youtube video.
