I've been really happy with Cascade Family in Centralia. You do have to fill out an app before you're accepted, though.

Always hard when you move to a new place. We've found PA's to be the best family practitioners-- not all but most. Valley Health have been good for us, haven't been there since Obamacare kicked in so don't know how they're dealing with that
