Does anyone out there who has either cut the cable or doesn't have cable tv, have any recommendations on internet providers here in Chelmsford. Every time I call a cable...

My husband recommends the Channel Master 4228HD antenna but you may need an amplifier depending at what height you live. We also use a Channel Master amplifier CM7777 Titan 2 with the new Channel Master DVR+ to record from the HD antenna. Very happy with all 3. The DVR+ also works with You Tube, VUDU and Pandora. You will also need an external hard drive for the DVR+. We bought the Seagate 1 Terabyte hard drive from Seagate. Channel Master does not recommend the 2 Terabyte because it won't work with their DVR+. Hope this helps.

Not all great/top new movies but we are a little behind in moviesvanyhow. Lol) A good website to do research is AntenasDirect.com My shopping list for the most part was this; "Antenna direct, inc DB8E extreme range multi-directional bow tie UH Antenna": $144.89 (you can buy from antenna direct's website, but it was less thru amazon) Double 9" stack strap chimney mount kit: $69.49 Skywalker signature series pipe ground clamp US listed:$4.96 ASAP 100 Twin shotgun cable clips for WF65/CT63: $30.89 Valley 2 - way Coax cable splitter 2 he cable TV video hdtv:$3.58 Grounding block single hi frequency ul approved:$4.19 Wineguard LA Digital HDTV Preamplifier:$ 46.99 8' copper Grounding rod we bought at Lowes: $can't remember the price. Sorry. Cable (needed to go from antena, into your house - you need to determine how much/long is needed). :$ ( i will update later if I can find the info again) Lots of info can found can be found on YouTube and antennasdirect.com on this.

tvfool.com is another good website that will tell you what you'll recover with different types of antennas. We've been cable free for about 15 years. A few years ago we added a roku box for streaming and love it. If you threaten to leave your current provider due to price, they may cut you a deal. If you switch providers you can often get a good deal for the first year. Good luck with your decision.
Any recommendations please for a personal trainer who can assist with a knee injury. May also have nutrition expertise as well?

Ashling Perham, at Zone Fitness. She's had a knee injury herself and is very good.

Bryan Vrooman at Choice. Science-based, smart guy who will get you fixed. He's got lots of experience. Larry had a horrible back, and Bryan identified the problem. Now, he's playing hockey again. I, too, have recently had a back issue that is now, thanks to Bryan, almost gone. Good luck!
