Amy Barber is a wonderful yoga teacher who is currently teaching on Wednesday mornings at 8 am in Westford at Fitness Together. It is a 60 min class. It is near the Honda and 99 restaurant across the street. It is a drop in class. www.fitnesstogether.com

I always check with the teacher first, and also set my expectations for the kids in the presence of the teacher, so there is no question about how they should act in class. I would send an email to Serenity, and ask for a recommendation of which classes/teachers would be a good fit. Good Luck!! (P.S. They have a great 30-days for $30 offer for new students...)
