Hi Dan, more than happy to chat over phone re your employee benefit idea and provide a HR view for you. I definitely recommend 4N and you may benefit from also looking at groups like the fsb or chamber of commerce. Re HR groups, the CIPD will have a local branch in your area so finding out what events they are running and seeing if you can attend as a non member may be a good way to connect with local HR colleagues.
