John Ferrabee does a yoga class at the Wheatsheaf on Mondays and Thursdays. The class I go to is at 18:00 on Monday - I think there's another around 19:15/19:30

Jane Wood Rackham for massage every time - she is based in a Cheltenham gym too - look at her website www.therackhameffect.com

Tim Sluman yoga is great - I have been doing it regularly for a couple of years - hope you can find a good class in Cheltenham but if not there is a beginners class Monday night near me in Toddington village hall - you would have to sign up though to a regular commitment so if you want a drop In session it would not be so good for you
Edward C. replied:
Yes Anne-marie and Catherine - the classes are drop-in. Here's the website. http://www.yogaclassescheltenham.co.uk/
