I am buying a 93 year old row home and had Michael Bluestein do the inspection. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. My only word of caution would be to not freak out when he points out a million things with the house. Some of the items are informational for you to keep an eye on and update over time while others are important issues to address immediately. https://www.redfin.com/openbook/inspection/philadelphia-michael-bluestein-sp976958
