We've used Dale Martin Jr. of [A-Pro](http://www.homeinspector.org/HomeInspectors/Find/Details/17297AF/Newark/DE/A-Pro-Home-Inspection-Services-LLC) to do the home inspection on both our current house and our previous house, and we were very pleased. He's a very nice guy, and he does a very thorough job. Tip: No matter who does the inspection, try to be there with them as they do it. A good home inspector will be able to give you all sorts of useful tips about repairing action items, things to keep a close eye on, etc.
