I've used Chester Gates, they're there 24/7. Ring up and they'll get a vet to call you back then you can take them in. I had to take my dog a while back after he was uncontrollable vomiting and rolling on floor in pain. Rang 6 am, took him in, they examined him, gave him anti sickness meds and kept him in for a couple of hours to monitor how he was. Cost me £105, but worth every penny to have my dog all better. Ring them hun. Hope he'll be ok xx

OK I just had a look on a health testing group, and loads of people recommend Hampton Vets in Malpas, with vet Euan Bryson. Sounds like people travel a long way to use them. They use sedation rather than GA and will retake any radiographs that aren't perfect:)

Hollybank vets sandiway 100%. I have tried kingsmead vets and Hartford willows vets and I didn't have very good experiences with them. Hollybank are very friendly caring and you can trust them 100% they won't just sell you medicine or advise bloods etc like most vets do for the money. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My cat is also an indoor cat and he's that comfortable going there he lies on the scales on his back waiting for a belly rub off the vets xxx
