Although I would really like a gym with access to the equipment and a pool, I don't think I can afford any of the options on my previous post. Does anyone know of any...
Nancy L. replied:
Try Lexington Power Yoga in Lexington Center. They had a couple of shifts open a couple of weeks ago; I don't know if they've filled those positions yet.
Macee D. replied:
The Arlington Center has a "work study" program http://www.arlingtoncenter.org/workstudy.html
Kristin N. replied:
Baptiste Yoga in Porter Square has an "energy exchange" program. You can volunteer in exchange for free classes and there are lots of openings. I've been doing yoga for free there for years. I think the email address to inquire is volunteers at baptisteyoga.com.
Kim S. replied:
Try Black Crowe Yoga
Laurel R. replied:
I have taken classes at Black Crow in the past but wouldn't give me a deal, I should ask if they would do a trade program.
Laura M. replied:
I think The Arlington Center on Mass Ave offers some work study - check their website.
Megan U. replied:
Prana Power Yoga in Winchester and Cambridge do this...they have a studio in Newton, too.
Megan U. replied:
Not sure. Their website is pranapoweryoga.com. I think they have the details and contacts there.

Another vote for Corey at PC Chiropractic. I've been to see him many times with lower back pain but by following his stretching plans and changing some things with how I carry my tools, I'm happy to say I haven't been back in a long time. Miss ya Corey!
Recommendations for a functional/holistic practice that treats adrenal fatigue, Hashimoto's and perhaps SIBO. Got a quote from a practitioner today and a six month...
Katelynn G. replied:
Possibly Diamond Springs Wellness Center in Midway....I know they deal hashimotoās, & adrenal fatigue but unsure about the SIBO. They are holistic

Crossfit Park City, hands down. It's run by Chris Spealler, national Crossfit champion. It's extremely important in Crossfit to learn precise/correct technique, and this is what the do at Crossfit PC better than anywhere else. Great people, great atmosphere, great results. http://crossfitpc.com
Is there a gym in Park City that offers a reasonable daily rate?
Brian F. replied:
Not sure, but I think the punch passes at Basin Rec are cheaper. Both pretty reasonable, I think.

Www.basinrecreation.org I teach Zumba there. We used to have classes on Trailside but expanded the Fieldhouse. It is a great facility. $8 drop in classes. $6 gym. (Locals rate) might have gone up recently. All the classes are great. 1388 center dr. :)
