1) If you are in a populous area throw out a craiglist or kijiji search for a sample maker. They can handle all aspects from pattern making to manufacturing. You would have to supply the design and materials but the sample maker could help in the sourcing. 2) Fashion design students may also be of help 3) Contact all your local tailors
